Design: We used NEBNext FFPE DNA Repair Mix and NEBNext Ultra II End Repair/dA-Tailing Module for DNA repair and end-prep. Barcodes were ligated using the Blunt/TA Ligase Master Mix and the Native Barcoding Expansion 1-12 and 13-24 . Adaptors were ligated using the Adapter Mix II Expansion.
